In May, our church had a bowl-a-thon for a member in our church named, Angie. She is bravely batteling cancer. This fundraiser not only brought all of us together to honor Angie, but also showed the amazing ability of people to come together for such a wonderful cause. Angie and her husband Rick face a large amount of medical bills. The money raised by Angie's friends, families and even compassionate strangers will help with these expenses.

Maddie is Angie and Rick's daughter. She had a great time with cousins!
This is Jacob. He is Angie and Rick's son. Owen knows Jacob from preschool, t-ball and sunday school, so both Owen and Max joined me at the bowl-a-thon. Owen and Max wore purple Minnesota Vikings jerseys since purple was the theme color.
